As of 2015, original gangs & gang hoods in GTA V will automatically go to any crew that falls under the listed categories below, Any Non-GTA related gang CANNOT request turf in those areas.
(Families)
(Ballas)
(Vagos)
(Aztecas)
(MBG)
Lost MC/Other GTAV Gangs.)

New gangs that are requesting turf in the same will be placed in the same area, forcing either both gangs to become allies or go to war over the same turf! 

If a war starts between 2 or more gangs sharing the same turf, then the losing gang only gets 1 Original Turf PASS (claim a new empty turf as their 1st Original Turf). Now if you lose your 2nd original turf then you can no longer claim turfs and your gang will be homeless until you can claim a empt/take over a turf.
